Well, Thanksgiving is behind us.....a time to express our gratitude for the good things of life - I'm grateful for home and family, for the people I love and the ones who love me. I'm grateful to live in America and for all the men and women, past and present, who defend her, and also for our police officers and firemen. I'm grateful for the freedom we enjoy and for the beauty of the world around us, and for countless other things I take for granted.

With Christmas right around the corner, I'm grateful for the birth of Jesus Christ and for His atonement in my behalf -- and yours. I'm grateful for the season and the way everyone seems a little kinder, a little happier, a little more concerned about others.

I'm also grateful to be a published author, and for my readers who take the time to email me and share their thoughts with me, and for those who have supported me since the beginning.  Hard to believe that my first book was published 32  years ago!!!!!! It's been an amazing journey!
